Our annual inspection flat-rate covers the run-up system check, compression check, spark plug cleaning, battery servicing, oil and filter change (labor only), air filter change (labor only), lubrication and servicing of pulleys, hinges and bell cranks, cleaning, inspection and repacking of wheel bearings, landing gear extension / retraction tests if required, check mag to engine timing, ELT test and inspection per FAR 91.207 (labor only), removal and installation of inspection panels and interior as needed for inspection, up to 1 hour of AD research (assumes all AD paperwork and records are in order and accessable), inspection of the aircraft IAW FAR 43 Appendix D, and preparing a list of any airworthiness discrepancies found and recommended maintenance items.
All corrective action or elective repairs will be billed at our normal shop rate of $89 per hour, plus parts and freight. You will be informed of any repairs needed and asked to approve the work BEFORE we take any action. We will accept owner-supplied parts for use in repairs and servicing, as long as they are accompanied by adequate documentation to meet FAA parts-traceability requirements. Contact us for a quote!
